We’re excited to announce that our next Chef led Class will take place at Win Son, 159 Graham Avenue in East Williamsburg. Chef Trigg Brown cooks up an inventive array of Taiwanese-American cuisine at this ground-breaking new restaurant. The menu is informed by travels with his business partner, Josh Ku.

Chef Brown will teach us how to make Win Son’s signature marinated cucumbers in this special class on location September 21st from 3:30-4:30. Sign your kids up here. Open to ages 4-14. In the meantime, drop by for dinner or weekend brunch if you’re in the neighborhood!
