Pack a bag and grab your virtual passport, because we’re taking a culinary adventure around the world in fun, interactive CORE-standards-based classes! In this series, we’ll visit the cuisines of different countries across the globe through our hands-on, from-scratch cooking classes. With a focus on international cuisine and food history, students will learn about the origins of some of the world’s favorite ingredients and dishes. Join us for the full series where we’ll cover everything including knife skills, forming the proper measure, produce identification, and other foundations of cooking for your young chef. Everyone is sure to find something new to love while developing the technique and skill to become master of the kitchen! Classes are designed for little to no parental involvement. Recipes are kept with “pantry cooking” in mind as much as possible and offer substitution ideas throughout.
