It is time for all of us to be centering and leveraging the voices and work of Black Trans folks in the fight for racial justice. Allergic to Salad is thrilled to be able to raise funds for an organization that is doing this work, right here in NYC and around the world. We are raising funds for the Okra Project by doing what we know best: sharing our hands-on, all-ages cooking classes! This is a donation-based class, with a recommended donation of $25 per ticket. But please feel free to donate as much as you can or are able to – any donation amount is greatly appreciated and 100% of all proceeds from this class will go directly to the Okra Project.
