What is the Impossible Burger, you ask? It is a plant-derived patty that cooks and eats just like meat! It is a sustainable alternative to ground beef, a vegan meal that won’t compromise your taste buds. It is a meatless burger with the potential to feed the next generation.
Our culinary curious youngsters learned about the Impossible Burger and got to prepare their own at our Master Class on Sunday, led by Bareburger Culinary Director Jon Lemon and Allergic to Salad founder Stacey Ornstein. Reviews were positive and even if it was our students’ first meatless burger, it certainly won’t be their last.
