Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 ripe avocado, optional
  • smoked paprika, optional


  1. Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Transfer egg yolks to a mixing bowl. Add remaining deviled egg ingredients. Use a potato masher or fork to smash until smooth. Use a small ice cream scoop to refill hollowed eggs. (Or fill a small sandwich bag with the filling, cut a small hole in the corner and squeeze filling into eggs.)
