How are the kids involved? On October 27, snug between brunch and dinner service 16 registered students come together at Vesta. Students will receive a kitchen tour and work in the restaurant’s prep kitchen with Vesta’s Chef Michelle and Chef Molly, learning to prepare a homemade squash ravioli. Once complete, as chefs cook the pasta, students will learn how to set a table Vesta-style then enjoy their homemade creation.
