On July 23rd, we join Bareburger Astoria again to celebrate the launch of their impossible burger in Brooklyn and Queens. This meatless patty is formulated from 100% vegetable derived ingredients but it cooks and eats like a beef burger. Don’t believe us? Find out for yourself when we cook up the patties in class.
